Leading ecommerce brand based in central London is looking to expand their talented legal team with a Senior Corporate M&A Counsel to lead on all corporate activities for this successful business.

As a highly acquisitive business, the M&A Lawyer will play an active role in running, managing and advising on a broad range of complex cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other major corporate transactions. Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be joining a mid-sized legal team and will work closely with the Corporate Development team. You will drive legal aspects of global M&A projects, including transaction structure, legal due diligence, bidder process, deal negotiation, contract drafting, regulatory compliance and transaction management. You will have exposure to commercial work and be able to advise on a range of matters across the business if you want to expand your commercial skillset.

They are looking for a M&A Lawyer who has at least five years PQE, with a strong private practice background and extensive cross border M&A experience. It is important that you have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with all personnel within the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Corporate lawyer to join an international ecommerce business and utilise your Corporate M&A expertise in a commercial environment.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
