Public Procurement Consultant
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a law firm for an ad-hoc public procurement solicitor starting as soon as possible until at least the end of June. The role will be for at least 2 days+ a week depending on the workload, and will be on a remote working basis.
You will act for the firms' local authority clients handling the the fall out from central government advice regarding covid-19 and the need to vary their contracts to retain suppliers for the covid period. You will handle a high volume of contracts, and contract drafting ranging from social care to construction.
The successful public procurement consultant is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with procurement law and must have experience of public sector work.
