A great role for a specialist property litigation lawyer to join the thriving litigation practice of a leading sector-focussed firm in Birmingham.

Working on a fantastic mix of work with key clients of the firm, this will be a interesting and varied role with client contact from the outset. The successful candidate will handle their own caseload of matters as well as assisting on more complex matters.
Day to day work will incorporate advising on the full remit of property disputes to include; possession claims in respect of commercial premises, landlord and tenant asset management issues (including dilapidations), forfeiture, break notices, recovery of rent, service charge disputes, alienation issues, commercial lease renewals, property disputes concerning sale and purchase agreements, rights of light, land registration issues such as adverse possession, easement disputes and restrictive covenants and trespass and nuisance.
The ideal candidate will be circa 2- 7 years qualified with excellent technical knowledge and experience of working on a good mix of property litigation matters. They will be keen to develop their career within a supportive team and enjoy working as part of a team as well as taking responsibility for their own caseload. Excellent time management and organisational skills are a most and so is the desire to work for a specialist law firm with a clear social purpose.
You will be a team player and be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and the ability to form strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
