Are you looking to develop and evolve your legal career within a leading, innovative and progressive company? Our client is one of the top 100 cleantech companies in the world and are paving the way in renewable energy transformation and their legal team is expanding.

They are looking for a junior-mid level real estate lawyer who can bring real value to their highly skilled and experienced team based in Reading. You will report to the Head of Legal and work closely with senior management. The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on a range of commercial property matters, assisting with acquisitions, developements and disposal and carrying out due diligence.

You will come with a solid property background and be a qualified solicitor, as they need someone to make this hands on role their own. A big part of your role will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating property contracts, advising on disputes, and managing their portfolio. Experinece working within a commercial envionrment is desired - but if you are a property guru from practice we also want to hear from you. The entire business will rely on you for full support, so you need to be a self starter with enthusiasm for the role.

The salary is at market rate and dependent on the experience you bring to the role. As well as a good base salary plus a discretionary bonus, you will have flexibility to work from home and work standard hours of 8:30-5pm allowing for great work life balance.
