Our client is an thriving international firm looking for a junior lawyer (circa NQ-3 PQE) to join its multi-award winning market leading pensions team in Birmingham. Full training and support will be provided working within a team of highly experienced pensions advisors including many leaders in the field. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of household name clients, public sector organisations, Universities, occupational pension scheme trustees, banks and insurers on the full remit of pensions advice. The team are also actively involved in shaping the future of pensions law in the UK, US and Europe.
You will be a recently qualified lawyer with no previous pensions experience or a junior lawyer looking to specialise in this area. Our clients is happy to consider candidates without pensions law experience who can demonstrate; strong academics, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to undertake due diligence and work on projects as part of cross-discipline team, a clear desire and ability to learn and develop specialist skills and knowledge and business development skills.
