They have strong relationships with the leading onshore firms in London and New York and as a result are instructed on some of the largest and most complex disputes to go through the courts in Cayman.
The firm's disputes team has had a fantastic 2020 and a strong pipeline of work for next year, so would like to identify additional associates to join in their continuing success. Successful candidates will enjoy a varied work load of corporate/commercial litigation and contentious insolvency.
In order to be considered for this role you will:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor or barrister, with at least 2.5 years' post-qualification experience
- Have worked at a top 30 UK or international law firm, or alternatively maintained a commercial practice at the Bar
- Have broad commercial litigation and / or contentious insolvency experience
