Reporting to the Senior Legal Director, EMEA based in London, you will provide a range of legal advice and support to the business with a focus on supporting sales activity across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
You will be a prominent member of a focused multi-disciplinary team, working together to frame, negotiate and close transactions. As such, you will need the experience and commerciality to contribute to the deal and must be very responsive to the needs of the business and fast turnaround times. As you will support an international business, occasional travel throughout the region will be required.
You will ideally have between 5-10 years' experience, with a strong academic background, law firm training and PQE gained at a respected UK or US firm; either within Commercial/Technology or Corporate departments. In-house experience gained with an established international organisation, ideally within the technology/telecommunications sectors.
