Are you passionate about the renewable energy and or Technology space and looking to evolve your legal career in a progressive start up - still small enough to make your mark but with growth plans that will provide you with incredible professional developement?

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our most interesting clients. They are looking for a driven junior lawyer for their busy and fast paced legal team based in central London. The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead on the drafting and reviewing of multiple forms of commercial contracts including power purchase agreements, energy aggregation contracts, capacity market contracts, frequency response agreements and confidentiality agreements and various other commercial contracts.

You will come with previous exposure to the energy/infrastructure/technology space whether it be in private practice or in-house. A big part of your role will be dealing with preferential trade agreements and agreements within the energy trading area, so experience in this area will be beneficial, but not required. You will be a self starter with motivation and drive to mould this role into your own. You will report directly to the Head of Legal and work alongside on a range of commercial matters.

The role comes with great benefits and flexibility for remote working as well as extra leave for professional developement each year.

This is a unique opportunity to join a start up at a time of huge growth and whilst the legal team is expanding. If this sounds like you, get in touch and apply.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
