Your New Company

Our client is a European based conglomerate with operations all over the world. Due to rapid expansion of business, the client is looking for a junior litigation lawyer to join their well-established legal team at their APAC headquarters here in Hong Kong.

Your New Role

You would mainly be responsible for providing daily operational legal support to contentious matters globally, including complex cross-border commercial litigation, employment disputes, international arbitration and any contractual claims for the business. You will also be involved in handling general corporate and commercial matters for the APAC region, including drafting and reviewing of contracts, managing legal risks and compliance, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders on general legal advisory matters.

What you will need to succeed

To qualify for the role, you MUST be a Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with 2-3 years' PQE of litigation / disputes experience from a top-tier local or international law firm in Hong Kong. You MUST have excellent command of English.
