A world-renowned global insurance broker and advisory firm is seeking an accomplished corporate governance professional or paralegal to manage their EMEA region.
This is a role for a business-level French speaker to take responsibility for and oversee corporate secretarial and compliance activity in respect of around 40 countries, including multiple French-speaking parts of Europe and North Africa.
In this role you would be joining a diverse team of lawyers, paralegals and company secretaries in the firm's City-based offices and you would be expected to work autonomously to liaise with multiple stakeholders regularly to ensure the smooth running of processes and adherence to global policies, regulations and corporate governance procedures across a vast portion of the firm's global network.

The team is happy to consider somebody from a company secretarial background or a legal/compliance specialist who has had significant exposure to corporate/company secretarial matters in their career. You should realistically have at least 4 years of relevant experience from an international company and familiarity with financial services, and ideally company secretarial matters, to be considered.
