A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client, a highly regarded Top 50 law firm for an interim employment solicitor on for 9-12 months+ on a fixed term contract basis, with the potential to extend. The firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500 for its employment offering, and has an excellent reputation.
You will advise on a broad range of contentious (including high profile discrimination and whistle blowing claims at Employment Tribunal, Appellate cases at the Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court), non-contentious matters, and providing employment advice in relation to corporate M&A deals, management buy outs, joint ventures and new business start-ups.
The successful employment solicitor is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE with a solid transactional, advisory and litigation employment background gained at a Top 200 or international law firm. Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply.
This role is due to start ASAP, and can be on a full-time or part-time basis.
