This award winning national law firm recognised as private and public sector experts, seek an experienced senior associate employment lawyer to join their highly supportive team in Birmingham. The role comes with a broad level of responsibility. You will be dedicated to being highly attentive to detail, dependable in nature with a willingness to accept new challenges. Commercial awareness is key with the ability to assimilate facts quickly whilst working towards tight timescales. The ability to provide practical, commercial employment law advice in a straightforward common sense manner is essential.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish and maintain good professional relationships both internally and externally. The ability to be collaborative and bring forward ideas for improving service to clients, marketing and other initiatives would be highly desirable.
