An experienced employment lawyer is needed for an asap start to cover a maternity leave at a market leading video gaming company.
You will be reporting to the VP for International Legal and working with a small but incredibly high calibre employment team. You will be responsible for providing stakeholders with advice on a broad range of employment law issues including hiring, benefits, employment contracts, employee relations, performance management, discipline, leaves of absence, and immigration. The role will also cover a range of other employment matters and will allow you to build relationships across to wider business and consider broader strategic projects.
You will have 6-8 years PQE, with strong private practice experience. Non-contentious employment experience is most relevant, but those in a mixed employment role will also be considered. Some in-house experience through secondments or full-time employment is very helpful, but not essential.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, and needing someone who can start as soon as possible, to allow for handover.
