Our client, an historic Top 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join an established team as Counsel, initially on an ad hoc basis. Owing to the nature of the role, candidates must be able to complete work with very little to no supervision.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an advanced knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including, but not limited to: TUPE transfers, investigations, Tribunal and High Court claims, recruitment and contracts advisory, and employee relations issues.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility of being able to work completely remotely if they should choose, and they will be compensated on an hourly basis at a competitive rate.
