We are currently recruiting for one of the most respected private equity law firms in London. Our client, a multi-national Top50 City firm, is actively seeking the support of a Corporate Tax specialist for 6 months on a fixed term contract basis to join the renowned tax team. This is a full time role (5 days per week) and is suited to those with a minimum of 5+ years PQE in all aspects of tax matters, specifically handling high quality M&A and private equity transactions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE in tax from a leading City or US/International firm as a fee earner. Experience dealing with M&A transactions is a prerequisite, and experience dealing with private equity or real estate transactions would be preferred but this is not essential for the role. The role's start date is flexible over the next few months so candidates available in now/November/December/January will be considered.

This is a fantastic role for those who are keen to either secure a 6 month fixed term contract role, or for those who are keen to start a new role this year. Please apply for this role immediately to hear more information regarding the firm, and the position.

If you are looking to work as a contractor or if you are considering your next move, then please do contact Hannah Martin at Taylor Root. I recruit lawyers into Private Practice firms on an interim and contract basis.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
