Great opportunity for a Birmingham based corporate lawyer with at least 3 years post-qualification experience looking to play a key role at a highly regarded sector focussed firm with a clear social purpose. The work will be a mix of M&A, business sales, reorganisations, due diligence, joint ventures and shareholder protection. The role will involve leading on and running smaller transactions as we as assisting the Head of Corporate with more complex matters.
Working with clients from the outset, this role would suit an outgoing and dedicated corporate lawyer who wants to take on responsibility for building their own client relationships, working closely with colleagues to understand the different client sectors and the chance to run with deals from start to finish.
