Global Technology firm is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager/Negotiator (3-7 years of experience) to lead the global business based in the NYC office. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, pricing policies and a creative passion for team building. The role works very closely with both local & global legal and compliance.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Commercial Support

  • Deal Structuring
  • Support global sales in structuring deals
  • Manage compliance with necessary approvals
  • Work with operations to ensure profitability requirements are met for custom deals.
  • Customer Contracting
  • Support sales and legal in negotiating commercial terms of key agreements
  • Work with the legal team to ensure that compliance, data privacy and commercial terms are incorporated into sales contracts
  • Advising senior management on commercial risk
  • Assist Sales with ensuring correct product configurations and commercial terms are represented in orders and contracts.
  • Pricing
  • Key stakeholder in defining and managing pricing policy
  • Creation and maintenance of price books and supporting materials
