Construction Litigation Solicitor
Fantastic opportunity at our client, a Top 100 London law firm for an interim Construction Litigation Solicitor for at least 4 months, possibly longer. The firm is open to individuals seeking a full-time or part-time role.
The Construction Team has an outstanding reputation, and acts for developers, contractors, and sub-contractors in respect of commercial and residential development schemes.
You will handle contentious atters and dispute advisory wok up to and including ADR, expert and determination and adjudications (plus enforcement proceedings in the TCC), dealing with a wide range of matters including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, professional indemnity, and other insurance-related claims.
The firm operates a hybrid model, and individuals attend office two days a week as things stand (this can potentially be flexible).
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE with a relevant construction litigation background. Cladding experience would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
