Our client is an International UK law firm with offices across the country working together as one collaborative national team.

The key focus of the role will be on domestic and international construction disputes. Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality, highly complex disputes in the infrastructure, construction and transport sectors. The role will be based in Birmingham, with the opportunity to travel to their international offices.

Candidates who have between 1 and 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of enthusiasm and knowledge, with the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake and develop within this role.

This is your opportunity to join a team who have a proven track record of success in providing contractual, practical, operational and risk management advice on distressed, high-value or strategically critical projects.

Given the firms lack of hierarchical structure and clear plans for growth of the national construction team, this is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking for quick progression and recognition for hard work. The firm offers highly competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, recognises the need for flexible and innovative working practices and supports agile working.

Salary will commence at £48,000 for a 1PQE Solicitor, increasing dependant upon experience.
