Leading global law firm, looking to hire a top conflict of interest professional to grow their business services team with the hire of a Conflicts Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience with Conflicts in a top UK/US law firm.
- Analyse new client or new matter to determine potential risks
- Conducting conflict checks using firm's database
- Escalating potential conflict issues to Conflicts Lawyers
- Recording all conflicts research and communication in the firm's database
- Previous Conflicts of interest experience within a top law firm
- Legal degree / LPC
