This international retail organisation is looking for a Company Secretary (who is a qualified solicitor) to join their team in London.
This role will report directly to the Group General Counsel and be the global business lead for all matters relating to Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial. As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring reporting compliance for the group's limited liability companies and branches across the globe, including company secretarial filings and drafting of board minutes.
In additional to company secretarial duties, you will also manage and run the annual renewal of the Group's Insurance Programme and support with day-to-day insurance queries. There may also be an opportunity to be responsible for the Group's Risk Management Committee.
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified corporate lawyer looking to move into a more CoSec focused role with at least 5 years experience working in a global organisation. Retail specific experience would be highly desirable.
The organisation operates a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the London office 2 - 3 days per week.
