An opportunity has arisen for a talented solicitor to join an award-winning Real Estate Department based in Brighton. The firm are one of the market leaders with offices across London and the South East. The practice have an excellent reputation and are recognised for delivering an exceptional client service, currently seeking individuals qualified at all levels.

The Real Estate team deal with a wide range of matters acting on behalf of a variety of clients. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and trained lawyers, giving you the opportunity to develop your current skillset.

The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions, dealing with landlord and tenant matters and property finance. The role is expected to encompass a broad base of general commercial property work as detailed above including providing property assistance on corporate transactions.

The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax. As a member of the department the candidate will be expected to play a key part within the business development, providing marketing initiatives in line with both departmental and business plans.

The ideal candidate would be confident in a client facing position alongside some great technical ability and excellent communication skills. You will be in fully supported environment where you will be encourage to reach maxim potential.
