As part of strategic growth and due to the pipeline of work, the firm are looking to grow their leading commercial dispute resolution team in Nottingham with the recruitment of a highly experienced commercial litigation lawyer.
This opportunity will afford significant autonomy and the opportunity to lead on a wide range of high value and complex commercial litigation cases and regulatory investigations for high profile clients in a range of sectors including; consumer, sports, energy and diversified industrials.
The team are regularly instructed by local and global businesses on a range of matters such as; breach of warranties/indemnities claims, civil fraud/breach of confidence claims, commercial contract disputes, tort claims and injunctions.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate significant experience of working in an established commercial litigation practice, running complex and high value matters in the High Court, Arbitration Tribunals or through alternative dispute resolution. In addition, our client is looking for candidates with; excellent technical skills and commerciality, team development experience, first rate client care skills, prove success at business development, first rate communication skills, the ability to develop junior colleagues and an interest in growing a sector specialism.
