A great opportunity has arisen for a Banking Solicitor to join a leading law firm based in London. The firm are ranked within the chamber and are one of the market leaders, providing straightforward advice to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals on domestic and international matters.

The Banking Team acts as a central processing unit for institutional and non-institutional lenders and borrowers in funding transactions. The majority of the team's work is currently property based but this is not exclusive and they also work on corporate and more specialised funding work.

They are looking for a solicitor to work with lenders predominantly in preparing or reviewing finance documentation and progressing transactions through from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate would have at least one years post qualification experience, and able to work well with other members of the team but also manage their own caseload.

You would have a post qualification experience in a banking or corporate seat. Ideally you will have experience acting for banks and other lenders, with experience in handling high volume work and working under pressure.

The ability to interpret instructions correctly and act upon them will be required. You will also be comfortable, and have sound judgement, regarding using own initiative and taking responsibility where necessary and appropriate.

You will have the chance to work alongside a team of talented lawyers where you will be able to develop your current skillset. On offer would be a competitive salary alongside some fantastic benefits.
