Banking Litigation Lawyer at International Firm in Nottingham

The firm's Financial Services teams across the globe advise a wide variety of clients including; funds, financial institutions, leading corporations and many of the world's leading banks on investment products, transactions, regulatory and compliance matters.
This Associate level role within the established and highly experienced Midlands team will involve working with large banks and other financial institutions on an excellent mix of day to day and also complex high profile disputes work covering; customer claims, fraud investigations, supplier disputes, defending mis-selling claims, pensions disputes and advising clients on internal and regulatory investigations.
At this level our client is looking for a junior lawyer with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, highly organised, able to handle a busy caseload, committed to delivering quality service to clients, a team player and good communicator, strong problem solving skills and the ability to analyse complex facts and extract the key issues in a clear and concise manner.
This role will afford client contact from day one and you will be encouraged to take part in business development and marketing and to take an innovative approach to your work and practice development.
