We are currently working with an international Fortune 500 company and one of the world's largest real estate services and investment firms who are looking for a part qualified Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in London.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring good entity governance across EMEA countries
Taking responsibility of regular database and record audits and ensuring correct, accurate and timely record keeping and disseminating
Assisting the manager with projects related to corporate transactions (from formations, through group restructure, entity rationalisations, recapitalisations, to liquidations)
Reporting to the Head of Governance, this role would suit an individual coming from a professional services environment with at least 3 years' Corporate Governance experience and experience of legal entity management on an international scale. Study support will be provided for those who are not fully qualified
This role offers hybrid workingand would expect individuals to be in the office 3 days per week.
